RZT annealing (normalizing) furnace is a new-type furnace combining roller-type annealing furnace with forvacuum pit-type annealing furnace. By taking advantage of the continuity of roller-type annealing furnace and the forvacuum of pit-type annealing furnace, this furnace realized high eficient, high quality, low consumption andcontinual production, ensured that the treated products are bright and of no scale. It is mainly suitable for processing work pieces of a higher requirement on appearance and quality. On the basis of RZT series furnace, we produced RPT Series Forvacuum Parallel Waste Heat Recovering Continual Annealing (Normalizing) Furnace and RUT Series Forvacnnm U-shaped Waste Heat Recovering The energy consumptions of these two products are only two third of that of the RT series furnaces, half of that of the bell furnace and pushrod furnace. They are a kind of high efficient energy-saving furnaces filing a gap in heat treatment equipments in our country, are really green heat treatment equipments. This kind of furnace is suitable for the continual bright annealing of bearing ring, hardware, cold extrusions,steel pipes, bars, coiled bar, strip steel and alloy tool steel, etc., is widely used for the preheating treatment of the precision forging,, cold rolling, cold expansion parts.
