QT series is a continuous roller-hearth type annealing furnace with better performance than bell furnace and pusher furnace. It can be heated by either natural gas or coal gas. lts compacted design, accurate temperature control, easy operation and reliable quality performance (exceeding Chinese quality standard of JB/T1255-2001) make it one of the premium choices for spheroidized annealing with various green concepts. This type of furnaces are applied for continuous annealing (normalizing) treatment on alloys of bearing rings hardware tools, tubes, rods, coils, strips, balls and toolings, as well for pre-heat treatment on precisely forged cold-formed and cold rolled parts.
